A great location and comfortable base for Royal Ascot and Windsor

Liked: Easy access by road to Ascot and Windsor itself. Private parking. Well appointed with all necessary equipment needed in kitchen apart from an ice tray ( we stayed when temperatures were 30 degrees!), which the cleaner sourced for us on request.

Disliked: Not much really except be aware that it is on the flight path to Heathrow - we needed the windows open due to the temperatures (although fans were provided) - but the planes start around 5.30am, so noisy to say the least. However, that’s not the fault of the property.
