Luxury studio? It is definetely not!!
Liked: The location.
Disliked: Where do I start? From the big issues to small annoying things that makes this studio apartment a frustrating place and is nowhere near the definition of luxury. No a/c, and it was hot, was sweating and didn’t want to be there. Had to keep windows open so had many guest flies visit me. Open windows, also, means you hear everything outside: buses, cars, motorcycles, and people passing by, plus all three fans running. No elevator - third floor, enjoy carrying your luggage! This is something should’ve been mentioned. Luxury? No shampoo/conditioner, screams luxury. They did provide two small bottles of body wash though… In the liquid soap bottle there was very little left, and my stay was five nights, single occupancy. Cheap, small sink and everything falls off of it. Toilet cover unstable, I had to fix it when it completely fell off. Small shower - nothing really luxurious there either. Paper towels in the kitchen had only 1/5 left, again, my stay was six days. Bad bed - two small one mattresses put together with middle sinking. You’d think using the word luxury apartment they’d put in a good mattress. Alas, another miss. Bad customer service - annoying check in and ridiculous requirements to fill out their forms. No other place ever asked me to do that. Check out is at 10AM by the way…. Yeah, VIP luxury treatment. This is no luxury at all. It’s very small, even for two persons. This is poor student’s studio, please do not call it luxury. Unless your previous stay was in a box on a street, maybe then this would be an upgrade to luxury. Poor annoying service, doesn’t reply in timely manner. Wouldn’t cede to any of my requests to help with the stay. Just ignored requests or just said this is how it is. Just bad service. If you call something “luxury” - at least know the meaning of the word!
Good location
Liked: Good location and reasonable price.
Disliked: Accommodation could do with a re vamp as stains on carpets, walls and shower needs improvement. The check in procedure isn’t the easiest with you having to provide photographic ID and a deposit to be sent for verification, and until that is complete you can’t get your check in details which are not sent until this is complete at 3pm. Once it’s completed all ok.

Disliked: 4 flights of stairs and no lift. Difficulty accessing the property at check in.

Liked: Location location location. Good to have a washing machine and dishwasher. On a main bus route direct from Heathrow.
Disliked: Check in procedure was awful. Overly complicated and unnecessary. A few minor problems in apartment could easily be rectified for very little cost. All previously mentioned in other reviews.

Liked: "Balcony" advertised but there wasn't one!
Disliked: Payment was via a direct link, not the norm via booking.com, and due to wifi issues it was very stressful and made us late meeting up with family
