Nice accommodations; central location; would stay there again

Liked: The room suited our family of four pretty well. The location as ideal, making our visit very walkable for the majority of our time. I would recommend this hotel to friends and colleagues for a short (2-3 days) visit. They accommodated a last-minute delayed check-out, to close the time gap with our departing train.

Disliked: Information was generally good. Pre-check-in would have worked better if the email had arrived before we were standing in front of the screen at the front door (I could have completed it while on the train). Details about where to get additional towels (we had four people, but only two towels) would have been helpful (I found some smaller ones in the common area). Not the hotel's fault: Google Maps may route you down the wrong passage to the hotel entrance. Reread the hotel's email closely for directions.

  Superb location and comfortable stay

Liked: Location was amazing. Very clean and well provisioned.

Disliked: Too warm. AC didn’t cool down very well. Too loud to leave windows open with tram and public noise.

Liked: The room was clean, spatious with modern design equipment and a nice view to Hauptplatz. The breakfast was in a different location around the corner and it was amazing. I can recommend this place.
