Very good
Liked: Good location, close to useful transit spots and interesting sightseeing spots. The air conditioning was a godsend.
Disliked: A few small additions could go a long way, like having a garbage can in the kitchen, soap at the sinks (so you don't have to reach into the shower for shower gel), and some indicators or padding at key points of the ceiling along the stairwell. I am 165cm so did not notice, but my friend (who is 192cm) nearly knocked himself out a few times.
Very comfortable apartment for in an excellent location
All in all this was a great budget option for a stay in Graz
Liked: The apartment was perfect for a work visit for a few days. The hosts very graciously let me into the apartment early and let me check out late. Everything was pretty clean and the bed was very comfortable!
Disliked: The apartment could have been a bit cleaner, but I also checked in early so they may not have had time to fully clean it.
A quiet and bright apartment! It had everything I needed for my short stay
Liked: The host was extremely kind and accommodating, and the apartment was exceptionally comfortable with a lovely, feel-good atmosphere. The view of the inner courtyard was beautiful—peaceful and quiet—yet still close to the city park and the city center. I will definitely be returning and highly recommend it!
Liked: Clean, warm, safe - at night there was no noise. I was there alone for 2 weeks and felt very safe! Close to the center and university. The stove top was one of the reasons why I chose this place and it was perfect for small meals. Fridge (with a small freezer) was clean, too. I appreciated the salt and pepper, and paper towels. The owner was responsive and helpful. Wi-Fi highly reliable.
Disliked: I'd cover the little door window with something less transparent (now there's a sheet of paper) - at night, when someone switched on the light in the hall, it woke me up. I'd recommend a sleeping mask to anyone visiting.
