Exceptional
Very comfortable stay in a clean and well furnished apartment, in great location
Liked: Very clean, up-to-date, quiet, and well appointed. Bathroom, kitchen, bedroom, desk-work area, TV, etc., all very good. Easy access via a code, and excellent communication with the host organization. Very convenient location for busses, trams, LKH medical facilities, groceries, places to eat, etc.
Liked: Excellent location. Wonderful care from owner.
A spotless, well-equipped apartment in a great location with a friendly and helpful host
Liked: Excellent stay! The apartment was ideally located, spotless, and had everything needed for a comfortable visit. The host was friendly, attentive, and quick to respond. I would definitely recommend it!
Disliked: N/A
Liked: The apartment had all amenities as described. Had a comfortable stay.
Tastefully furnished spacious flat near the University of Graz
Liked: The apartment is located in the hospital district, close to the old town centre and University of Graz, where our conference was held. The place was spacious, very comfortable, quiet, and equipped with everything we needed, plus a lovely balcony. What I especially appreciated was how tastefully furnished the flat was — it avoided that tacky, overly generic Airbnb aesthetic and genuinely felt like a real home. Check-in and access were also very straightforward.
Disliked: One unpleasant surprise on the first morning was the ants, which I assume were coming through small holes in the walls, possibly attracted by the coffee mugs we had left in the sink overnight. Another downside for me was the curtains, which did not block out the street lights at all, so the room stayed quite bright during the night.
Peaceful and comfortable and convenient
Liked: Great location with great access to bus and tram services. Comfortable apartment, kitchen, balcony, lounge room and nice bedroom. Bed and bedding very comfortable. Clothes washer and drying rack very convenient. Some occasional ambulances sirens as located near the hospital, but not too bad
Disliked: Shower head holder broken. Management informed and indicated they would remedy and update it. Seemed appreciative of my informing them, which is a good sign
