Disliked: I paid a security deposit and i I haven't received my refund, what s the problem?
the accommodation was good, clean and close to the center, also the fact that it has a parking space is very important
Liked: Absolutely not
Liked: Apartment is cozy, clean and very comfortable. There is enough dishes and everything for a family (2 adults + 2 kids)
Liked: Do not book this accommodation!!! In order to check in and get a code to open the door to the flat, a deposit of 200€ was required. We tried miriad of times to contact the APSTAY personal, but no one answers the given number, no one replies in Booking, no one replies on the given emails!! FINGER WEG!

Liked: Big negative: dishes and cutlery were put in the dishwasher, and we were charged 30 euros for not having them. No contact for several days. I'm reporting the matter to booking.com.
