Liked: Awful place. Awful beds. Not 4 as declared, while two sofas were rather uncomfortable chairs.
Disliked: Parking located away from place. Morę expensive as it was 22 EUR instead of 15EUR as declared. 200 EUR deposit requied
Lovely location, but seriously why would you let a flat with a transparent bathroom door?
Liked: The location was very good, very close to the main attractions. We also liked the size of the apartment and thought it was worth the money.
Disliked: It is very hard to enjoy a flat that has just one bathroom and the door is transparent. We stayed there with relatives but we didn't want to see each other naked every time we had a bath. It wasn't good for going to the toilet either. The washing machine was also full of towels and bed linen when we arrived. We needed to wash clothes! There was broken flooring near the window in the living room with the broken pieces lying around. When you have a toddler staying there walking without shoes it can cause an accident. Anyway presentation is important when you are going to let a flat. Regarding this some of the walls were a bit dirty and if someone is cleaning the flat it would be good to consider the areas under the beds that were really dusty and had lots of fluff. The bathroom wasn't that clean either but not the worst thing ever. Anyway some of us decided not to have a shower there. Such a shame for a flat that looks nice on the photos but in reality it didn't deliver. Forgot to mention that when the front door opens the first thing that you see is the transparent bathroom door and whoever is inside it!

Poor communication from hosts although house is comfortable
Liked: The house is spacious, clean and comfortable. Washroom is big enough with washing machines. The outdoor garden is also very cosy. It is located right above a supermarket to access daily groceries.
Disliked: The host is non responsive. They charged us a 200 Euros deposit and haven't refunded the same within the timeline mentioned. Also there is no reply to messages or calls. A breakfast box was a part of our booking and still we are being charged for the same. There is no air conditioning in the house and one single slow standing fan is provided in such a huge house. The location mentioned in booking.com and in actual aren't the same.
Comfortable and spacious apartment with great balcony at an affordable price
Liked: location was excellent, just a short walk to old town and supermarket was just next door. Loved how spacious the apartment was and balcony was excellent. Price for apartment was reasonable. Fridge was well stocked if you wanted to purchase anything. Would recommend this apartment and will stay again next time we are in Graz
Disliked: didn't receive any instructions about where parking garage was. Thought breakfast was included but was unclear so didn't have it.
