Guest reviews
Fabulous
Liked: Good value for money, 15 minutes walking from old town of Graz.
Disliked: Trash was not taken out from the previous guests. When we got there, the drying machine was still drying previous' guests bedsheets. Couch was not properly cleaned.
Nice apartement in an excellent location
Liked: The apartment was spacious, well-equipped, and very clean. Having access to the underground parking was extremely convenient when traveling by car. The location is excellent, just about a 10-minute walk from the city center.
Disliked: Nothing to mention.
Lovely apartment, location not the best
Liked: Apartment was clean, modern and well equipped
Disliked: Location was down a small graffiti strewn street/alley, looking onto a hospital, so couldn't make use of the balcony.
Clean, comfy & spatious
Liked: Clean, comfy and spatious. Also good for longer stay (washing machine, clothes dryer, dishwasher).
It is very sad that extra money was charged for missing items from the kitchen, even though we did not use them. Only on
you need to be prepared to pay extra
Liked: Good location, the apartments have everything you need
Disliked: Overall the apartments are good, everything is quite clean. But unfortunately they are a scam. They ask for a deposit of 100 euros, then send a photo of a damaged towel, which we did not see in the apartment. And they charge 20 euros for it
