Will never use this place again
Liked: Not much to like but the room was warm, clean and comfortable.
Disliked: Had to do self check in even though we arrived in office hours! Also self Checkin is a nightmare! So on top of the room fee you have to pay city tax AND car park fees and breakfast is extra!!!!!
good staff, clean rooms and nice breakfast with parking in front for a good quality/price ratio
Liked: - the location of the hotel is good/bad; very close to one of the main streets connecting Puntigam/Liebenau, so being very fast at different important points (shopping centers aso), but also noisy, if u have a room to the street side and sleeping with open windows - the staff is very friendly - the check in process is easy; after reception is closed, u're having a check in automat, where it is easy to check in - parking directly at the hotel - side of the hotel, where the parking is, is a silent one (only industrial buildings around, so no noise during the night / weekend) - breakfast is good
Disliked: - this time i've had a room to the street side and it was noisy and also some of the guests have been sitting till 1:00 a.m. down and have been very loud
friendly staff, parking at the hotel, nice breakfast, clean rooms and reasonable price/quality
Liked: - the location of the hotel is good/bad, because on one hand it is on one of the main connecting streets btw. Liebenau and Puntigam and u reach certain points (shopping center aso) fast, but on the other hand it is very noisy, if u have a room to the side of the street and try to sleep with open window - friendly staff - check in procedure very easy - parking in front of the hotel - the side of the parking place is silent, so ask for a room there
Disliked: - one night was bad, because i've had a room to the street side and i tried to sleep with open window, but was too noisy

Disliked: Airconditioning does not work. It was set to cooling even of it was 9C outside. No heating at all. Hot water was not working on shower.
Good hotel a bit outside of the center
Liked: Good hotel a bit from the center. Has parking on the premises. We arrived at a moment where we needed to do the self check-in. That went smoothly. You get a mail telling you how and what needs to happen. The room and bed were comfy and as expected. There is a metro station apparently 10 minutes from the hotel but we didn't need to use it at the end.
Good to know
On Saturdays check-in is from 15:00 to 22:00 and on Sundays and public holidays check-in is from 17:00 to 22:00.
