Liked: Breakfast was good with variety of food items. Staff was helpful when there was problem of water leakage from shower room. Room and bed were all bigger than I expected.
Disliked: There was water leakage from shower room to the floor of bathroom. I almost slipped over on the wet floor even after 2 hours when I finished shower. Water leakage was more serious than expected. Staff did give me more towels to dry the wet floor. However, some of the big towels had awful and ugly black lines of stains. It was awful expe rience to use ugly white towels after shower. Hotel surely needs to pay better attention to ensure the big and small towels are clean before distributing them to rooms for use.

Liked: The staff was very good, and the location was OK. The breakfast was very good and the room was clean and well appointed. I would stay at the property again.
Disliked: The lighting in the room was weak. i adjusted OK but it was dim. Could be brighter.

Disliked: There was no car park we had to walk with luggage for about 8 minutes from the car park to hotel even though it did say garage but 8 minutes away staff didn’t seem happy
Liked: Great location, very nice staff, great breakfest, cozy room with comfortable bed.
Disliked: Information about parking was imprecise. Parking available few hundred meters away from hotel, or if I'm lucku spot at the street is not what I was expecting when I was searching room with parking available.
Liked: everything location, spaciousness, bed, furniture all excellent. friendly and helpful staff
