Exceptional
Liked: It was very.clean, modern and enough space for family of 4. The owner met us as agreed. There is a garage space for the car within the building of the appartment. Very convenient. And a central location. The coffee was a great touch!.Thank you!

Liked: We had a wonderful stay in Graz. The location was excellent, with easy walking access to the city center and the most famous landmarks. There were also restaurants and a supermarket nearby, which made everything very convenient. Despite being so close to everything, the area was quiet and peaceful. Andrej was outstanding host - very responsive, helpful, and accommodating. He kindly allowed us an earlier check-in and a later release of the parking space, which we really appreciated. Parking was another big advantage, with a spot available directly in the building’s underground garage.

Great and cozy place to stay in Graz
Liked: Great check in experience, although we were late, the owner waited for us to give us the key and show us arround. Great little apparment, well equipped and furnished, easy access to garage and a great location, only couple minutes away from the Schlossberg.

Liked: Very nice apartment, peaceful and quiet, facing the courtyard. We stayed for four nights and had everything we needed. During our stay, the temperatures were below zero, but the heating in the apartment was fantastic. It's a fifteen-minute easy walk to the center, and public transportation is in front of the building. The garage parking space in the building across from the accommodation is also great. We will definitely book here again on our next trip to Graz
Disliked: Even though not many people pass by (it's a gated residential complex), it would be a good idea to protect the terrace from the view of people entering and exiting the building.
Liked: Great location, nice surrounding, parking garage 50m from the building. Interesting app structure, enough place for 4 adults.
