Exceptional
Liked: Parking, instructions, facilities.
Cozy apartment
Liked: The house facilities are good, the size of the apartment is decent, whoever stays can perform laundry, cook and relax. Although the house is at a higher level, there is a lift provided. The apartment also provided two fans which helps to regulate the air and fasten the drying time of my laundry The host was nice and helpful.
Disliked: The parking location is not in the same building. One is required to walk from the designated parking area to the apartment. It is troublesome especially when it is raining and if you bring a large suitcase. During arrivals, the route was diverted as there is roadside works ongoing. Thankfully the owner informed and guided the location. Other than that, every time when we reached the ground floor of the apartment, the air was full of cigarettes smells, which is not as per my liking
Liked: The city centre is walkable from the accommodation. Flat was spacious. Communication with the owner was good.
Disliked: The apartment building itself doesn't feel particularly cozy. The apartment was somehow clean, but there were signs of long-term neglect when it came to cleanliness. Flat definitely needs a refreshment.
Liked: It's a spacious and clean apartment in an accessible location in Graz. The check-in process was easily understandable and the free parking space is appreciated.
Disliked: The reason we booked this property is that it has AC listed as one of the facilities. Upon arrival, we found out that it's not a traditional AC but instead a portable "evaporative air cooler" which turned out to be just a glorified fan with water that increases humidity. It's a type of cooling that only works if it has a steady supply of dry air and there was no external unit to suck in air from the outside. It did not lower the temperature in the apartment one bit. It's possible it may have worked better if the windows were open but since there are no mosquito nets on them, it was either getting slowly cooked during the night or inviting every mosquito in the neighborhood inside. Everything else was fine but the stay is not recommended during the summer.
Liked: The owner helped me to get in the flat even though I arrived at the flat at 23:00. The owner gave us time till 11:30 the next day to check out.
Disliked: The instructions sent to the email were not saved in booking so it was lost between the emails:/
Liked: The only good thing is the free parking place. I don't like the neighborhood. The bed was comfortable.
Disliked: There was no soap, no shampoo in the bathroom. Very little soap in kitchen, no paper rolls.Old towels. Dead bugs under the windows. The fridge was dirty, also the washing machine.
