Fabulous
Stopover on the way to Poland
Liked: Self check in at any time with a key safe at the entry to the hotel. Basic breakfast. Not crowded at the time of our stay. Definitely a stop over establishment rather than destination but fit perfectly to our needs. We stayed there while driving from Italy's dolomites to Poland. We even spent a good few hours in Graz - which was perfect.
Disliked: Cleaning staff should knock before entering the room when it's way before checkout time and no "clean the room" nor "do not disturb" door handle sign is hanged. Tbh this has happened to us on a few other occasions when traveling through Europe.
Disliked: The TV was not working for the first time. There was a guidance how to fix the error. If its that problematic, then it should be fixed and the guests should not spend hours to try to fix the internet and tv issue. There was no water kettle in the room. I would be nice to be able to make a tea in the room. There were no small pillows. The heating was only working in the bathroom but the room was so called. When I turned on the heat, it was just blowing cold air. The bathroom has a motion detector light switch but it did not turn off all night long. The breakfast was kinda poor. It was ok but not excellent.
Great choice for one night stay when you are driving down to Italy
Liked: Spacious room. The room was quite big. Bathroom was also quite spacious. Large free parking. Self-check in at night, but simple and quick. Good breakfast.
Disliked: The TV was a bit too small. More hot choices for breakfast, for example sausages.
Liked: Comfortable check in, good breakfast
Liked: Ample, convenient hotel parking, good size rooms overlooking own gardens. Good firm beds. Very quiet. Good bufet breakfast, with eggs made to order. Good restaurant/pub about 100 meters if you require evening meal. Much better access then previously. Key locker number and code was send immediately after booking, so arrival could be at any time without problems.
Disliked: In this price range no further improvements necessary as far as we are concerned.
