Exceptional
Little gem of a hotel with super friendly staff!
Liked: Nice, good size.
Disliked: Could do with a fridge in the room and a kettle with tea making facilities…but everything else is good
Great hotel and base for Graz sightseeing - comfortable, charming and good value
Liked: Our room was lovely and really well decorated. Large bathroom, everything we needed for one night. Supper outside was very good though very busy too. Breakfast arrangements were a bit confusing to start with but it was excellent. Staff friendly and helpful throughout. We found it very convenient for the station (10 minute walk) and also for the main sights on the other side of the river.
Disliked: Perhaps more staff serving dinner on a very busy evening.
Excellent Penzion
Liked: Everything was great, seriously.
Disliked: I can't think of anything
We stayed for one night and wished it could have been longer. Our room was beautifully presented and spotlessly clean
Liked: All aspects were outstanding in this charmingly Austrian hotel/ restaurant. Both dinner and breakfast were delicious and the staff were a delight.
