  Liked: Everything about the apartment was comfortable. It was an extremely lovely apartment. The elevator access was very appreciated. For those guests who like to use a microwave, there isn't one The glockenspiel was visible from the patio and it was lovely to see it and hear the bells. However they are loud as they strike every 15 minutes and a prolonged ring every hour. I loved it but some people may benefit using earplugs during the night. Having an excellent restaurant within the building was fabulous The apartment was well located within the old town

  Disliked: There were no instructions on how to use the washing machine/dryer combo. I did message the property manager on three different platforms but it took two days to get a response. I suggested they add the instructions to the folder they left as there may be other people like me who have never used a washer/dryer combo. The fact that they said to contact them anytime there was a question would have been excellent had they actually responded in a timely manner

  Liked: The location and the size of the property meant we had plenty of space.

  Disliked: I like the clock and the church bells but they do go all night, every half an hour. It doesn't matter if the window is closed. If you are a light sleepe, I would advise earplugs

  Liked: Beautiful Appartment, very spacious, what you see in the photos is what you get. Typical great Austrian Restaurant/pub underneath, great food, beer, outdoor seating in square/ old town

  Disliked: Careful bell tower beautiful sound but rings during the night constantly not good if you suffer from insomnia Kitchen cutlery/glasses only 4 of each no extra sets, strange otherwise all luxurious fittings and decor in Appartment

  The location was great. In my opinion 2 weeks here would have been perfect

  Liked: The location was great. Walk or take a free tram to everything. Bed was comfortable. Church bells were pleasant to hear. They rang on the hour but the windows kept the sound out at night.

  Disliked: The room would be great for a shorter stay. We were there 3 weeks and the sofa was the only cushioned seat and that was a pull out bed so it wasn't very comfortable. No instructions for what to do with trash or recyclables.
