Exceptional
Liked: A very lovely and pleasant place to stay. Pleasant communication. Super location!
Quiet location
Liked: The apartment was spacious in a very quiet area.The location was within easy walking distance of restaurants, grocery stores and attractions. Local transportation was close by.
Great location
Liked: The location was great. a lot of good restaurants, close to everything. huge shower room.
Disliked: I guess the room shares same Exhaust fan system with restaurant downstairs? The WIFI system stopped working in the later night during our stay,as we had our own data plan so it was not a big problem.
A perfect location in Old Town Graz, room needs better upkeep
Liked: Location is fabulous and historical! Cobblestone roads right outside & surrounded by boutique stores, bakeries and more (must try Arthurs ice cream yum!). In walking distance to most sights- so very easy to come back to room and then head back out again. Lots of restaurants in walking distance and a great restaurant downstairs too. Trams run through center of town and not far from hotel.
Disliked: Room needed to be better cleaned, with furniture and bedding needing to be updated (but was okay). Entrance area & lift needs attention/upkeep too- keeping it clean & tidy.

Disliked: Unfortunately the keys for the apartment did not work so could not stay in the apartment I originally booked. However, after contacting the owner, they sent an employee to attend, who tried to gain access. This failed so she immediately started to prepare another apartment while I went for some lunch.
It is a secret gem in the downtown Graz
Liked: Near and cosy, it’s really looks like the rooftop loft or penthouse, a very well decorated, with AC and everything you need. The hosts are very nice, friendly and collaborative people.
