Exceptional
Liked: Everything was great.
Liked: Location was great..host was fantastic! We got lots of useful tips for the stay!
This apartment is a very long way up and people should be made aware
Liked: The apartment was clean, comfortable and spacious, as others have noted.
Disliked: We arrived at the buildingin the afternoon, still not having received the entrance details. When we did get them we were informed that the apartment was on the very top floor, in what the French would call a garçonnière, and there was no lift. There was no mention of this in the description on Booking. Had we (a couple in our seventies, and my wife suffers from high blood pressure) known all this in advance, we would never have booked this. I'm well aware that the Booking description refers to an old building but it does NOT mention that you have to climb several flights of stairs to get to the apartment, (and that with large suitcases). It is really not good enough to withhold such important information. Elderly customers need to know this well beforehand so that they can make an informed choice about whether to stay ther or not.
Liked: The apartment is situated in a great location, the very city centre of Graz. Communication with the host was excellent and very convenient. They even collaborate with a parking garage close by, which is very useful given the central location. Highly recommend and probably will return again.
Highly recommend!
Liked: Perfect apartment in the city centre! Very clean:) Amazing communication with owners! Parking near by. Would come again!
Disliked: -
Liked: The location was perfect! We couldn't have asked for better!
Disliked: The faucet in the toilet room was broken. We were concerned about breaking it off while turning the water on/off.
