  Wonderful

Liked: The apartment is truly great. It’s in an excellent location, just a short, pleasant walk to the city center. It is very clean and equipped with everything you need for a short city break. We traveled with children, and they really enjoyed it. The beds are very comfortable; there is a sofa, a TV, and a large table. The hosts responded promptly to all our questions, and the key collection process was clearly explained. We will definitely stay here again whenever we happen to be in Graz.

Disliked: Everything was really great. If I had to add anything, it would be a bit better lighting above the kitchen table, as it was quite dark. But that didn't spoil our experience.

Not suggested at all for travel or business trip

Liked: WIFI is TOTALLY NOT WORKING. And don't expect to have any service, support, or response. No feedback to the problems at all for 4 DAYS!!! Unbelievable!!

Disliked: WIFI is not working. No one cares about the email and messages. I just only got automatic messages. Absolutely ridiculous.

  Convenient location

Liked: All communication prior to the visit was very helpful and pretty quick in response. We were able to leave our bags in a room prior to the 3pm checkin. Easy walking to the centre of Graz. The apartment is quite large. Only single duvet covers are provided but that is a European thing, let them know if you require extra bedding.

Disliked: We had booked quite a while ago and was provided the code with confirmation of the booking which I thought was quite convenient, I recommend reconfirming the code the day before to ensure it is set for your arrival, we had to reach out to have it set. There were some plumbing issues which they did resolve.
