Liked: The check-in check-out was easy. Staff is very kind. The room has a balcony
Disliked: The guests stayed on 18rh of September were horrible. I had to wake up three times to warn them. The room cleaning was not the best, still the air was dusty so I had to take allergy pills.

Excellent Value Near Messe Graz
Liked: The main downside was the lack of air conditioning and poor natural airflow. The room could become quite warm and stuffy, especially at night, and the fan was essential for making it comfortable. There was also some street noise and an occasionally noisy refrigerator. These are worth considering, but for the price I would still happily stay here again.

A fan is essential for making the room comfortable, and I found it surprising that one is not provided in every room. Once I received a fan, the situation improved significantly. The room can also be somewhat noisy because of the street works outside, but overall I would still happily stay here again for the price.

Liked: - Came after checkin times, instructions were clear to find the key to my room - Staff was very friendly and nice - very clean room, bathroom and bed - big enough Fridge, microwave and kitchen sink even for single room - Hotel clean.overall recommend the stay here -
Disliked: - Fridge was sometimes loud when running its compressor - my room was located right beside elevator, which was a bit noisy - wood Damage around kitchen sink due to water leaking for long time But nevertheless. I could sleep throughout the night issues.
Can really recommend this place
Liked: Spacious, and comfortable room. Clean and generally easy to access. Helpful and friendly staff and I was even able to park my motorcycle in the small garage. Good breakfast
