Fabulous
Good base for Graz
Liked: Handy location between the train station and the old town. Very friendly staff that let me check in early. Modern bathe with good shower. Very quiet. Nice linens.
Disliked: The carpet and seat cover need replacing
Not bad but a little disappointing
Liked: It is conveniently located between the train station and city centre. The staff were friendly, especially at breakfast. There were many breakfast options.
Disliked: There is a lot of noise from the street and tram, starting early in the morning. The bed was OK, but not as comfortable as I was hoping and perhaps expecting in a 4-star hotel.
One night stay with two dogs worked fine
Liked: Location and size of the room (22m2)
Good location and comfort. Bit noisy
Liked: Neat and comfortable. Great location between station and stadt
Disliked: If on the streetside don’t open the window: it is noisy. Breakfast is good but expensive
Ok for a single person for a couple nights stay if wishing to be near town centre
Liked: The hotel is in a very convenient location. It is located about a 10-minute walk or 1-stop tram ride from the main train station. It is also located about less than 20-minute walk to the old town centre. Public transport though is good and convenient.
Disliked: The room was small with only a single bed. The bathroom was crammed to the extent that it was uncomfortable going to the toilet. There were not tea/coffee making facilities. For the price I paid I expected more. The experience did not reflect a 4-star hotel. And the reception does not operate 24 hours.
Nice hotel conveniently located
Liked: Nice hotel an easy walk to the Hauptbahnhof, Conveniently located on the tram to the center city. Friendly staff.
