Fabulous
Very average for the price
Liked: The room was wonderful, spacious with a big bathroom. Breakfast was plentiful and everything was fresh.
Disliked: The lobby is dark, cold and lifeless and very different from the photos on booking.com. There is no real bar or places to stay and relax. Very lifeless and matter of fact. The parking is extremely overpriced and we were not even allowed to use the garage, rather the inner courtyard. The electric charging is also priced in a way that you opt for petrol.
Very good stay
Liked: Good location Parking Sufficient breakfast Spacious and clean rooms
Disliked: Nothing to mention here
Liked: Very kind and helpful staff. Excellent breakfast with lots of choices. Ideal location. Comfortable. Recommend it 100%
Disliked: -
Liked: The room was clean, the breakfast was good, the staff was very professional.
Disliked: The street-facing room was very hot and the windows couldn't be kept open at night due to the high traffic noise. The air conditioning unit was also noisy, couldn't sleep with it turned on. The trams passing by created vibrations in the room.
One night stay in the charming classic looking hotel in the historic center of the Graz
Liked: Classic nice looking hotel, spacy garage, available for EV cars charging. Very friendly and responcible staff! Dog package on request, great breakfast. And location in the nice historic part of the Graz!
Disliked: Only one note is that it was only one small bottle of water in the minibar was for the family suite. For summer time when it's 35+, looks like more water bottles can be leaved in the suite.
Spotlessly clean, spacious and perfectly located
Liked: The room was spacious and spotlessly clean, with lovely parquet floors and air conditioning that was simple to use and worked perfectly. Our room preferences were also taken into account, which we really appreciated. The location was excellent, and the staff kindly allowed us to leave our car in the garage for a while after check-out.
Disliked: The only aspect that fell slightly short was the parking. There were only a few spaces, and most of them were small and awkwardly arranged. The garage is semi-open and separated from the street by a barrier rather than being fully enclosed, so it did not feel as secure as we had expected. However, we had no problems at all, and our car was perfectly fine throughout our stay.
