Very good
Great hotel at city center
Liked: Right in the city center, walking distance to cafes, bar, restaurant, sight seeing. Beautiful and clean, great service. Pet friendly 🤍
Disliked: Nothing to state here:)
Liked: The room was spacious, comfortable beds and nice view. Parking garage under the hotel is convenient. Close enough to walk around the city center. Coffee machine available.
Disliked: Dust under beds. Fire opposite of the hotel = but OK with closed windows.
Great location, but a disappointing stay
Liked: The location was excellent, and I was pleasantly surprised by how affordable the stay was compared with the other hotels on my trip. I also appreciated the effort made to accommodate my dietary needs at breakfast, including baking a substantial gluten-free bread especially for me.
Disliked: Unfortunately, the hotel did not meet my expectations. The room felt quite dated and had a cracked window, and overall I did not find it particularly comfortable or relaxing. I also repeatedly received housekeeping notes stating that my room had not been cleaned even though I had intentionally used the “Do Not Disturb/Skip the Clean” sign. Some aspects of the property simply felt in need of updating.
Liked: Amazing support
Liked: The staff was extremely nice, the facilities and the amenities were great, the room was comfortable. The breakfast was fantastic.
Disliked: There wasn’t any solution not to park two motorbikes as two cars. Besides, the location is great, but i could imagine a bit calmer and nicer area.
Nice place for short or longer stay in Graz
Liked: Great place for a short stay, nice short walk to all Graz famous places. Breakfast options are great and tasty.
Disliked: Parking is extra and a bit expensive.
