Liked: Two stars. Room was not what we booked, breakfast cut off way too early, and the heat in the rooms was unbearable. We reserved a specific room type, but on arrival we were given a completely different room — not what we paid for. On top of that, breakfast service ended at 9:30, which felt unreasonably early for a hotel. And the rooms had no air conditioning, which made them incredibly stuffy and hard to sleep in — we weren’t the only ones complaining, several other guests mentioned the same thing at breakfast. Overall a disappointing stay. If you’re booking a specific room type, be aware you might not actually get it, and be prepared for very warm nights.
