Very good
A wonderful place to relax and unwind
Liked: A wonderful place to relax and unwind. You can enjoy delicious food at the restaurant downstairs. The room had a large, very comfortable bed, and I felt right at home throughout my stay. A truly relaxing experience!
To expensive for what it is
Liked: The breakfast and the parking space was the only think that could be mentioned as decent/ok. Except that if you are tired is hard to find the parking space in the night...
Disliked: We received a room that didn't have a single element from the pictures that were on booking when we did the reservation, absolutely nothing, the room was very old with very very old furniture, i admit from the beginning that we will not have AC unit, but i didn't image that we could not sleep with window open because there is no mosquito nets... we paid 116 euro for 1 night that is complete overpriced and should be consider false advertising since there is not element inside the room that is also in the picture when you do the reservation.
Liked: Nothing, dirty room, pets allowed room!!!
Disliked: Unfortunately, a very disappointing experience. The room was not properly cleaned. I found numerous hairs in different areas of the room and bathroom, which I documented with photos. I also found a “Dog in room” sign in the room, indicating that dogs are accommodated in the hotel rooms. Combined with the visible hairs and poor cleaning, this raised additional hygiene concerns. There was no information at check-in about whether the room had previously accommodated pets. The mattress was also extremely hard and uncomfortable, resulting in a very poor night’s sleep. What disappointed me most was the way the complaint was handled. I contacted the hotel, explained the problems and provided photographic evidence, but received no response. I subsequently contacted Booking.com as well. A hotel room does not need to be luxurious, but it should at minimum be properly cleaned, and legitimate complaints from guests should not simply be ignored. Based on my experience, I would not stay here again.
Graz Austria is a great place too stay
Liked: I like the atmosphere the carved figures the restaurant food was good the breakfast was the normal in this area. I would definitely like to stay here again
Disliked: The check in was easy onlone but it was a little different
Perfect place for short stays
Liked: Nice and quite location. Perfect choice for 1 night stopover.
