Exceptional
Great apartment for families
Liked: Great apartments for families travelling together. Amenities were new & perfect for our purpose. We loved it & recommend to everyone. Also handy with a cafe below & Billa next door.
Superb
10/10 great experience
Liked: due to some minor technical issues we were upgraded to another appartment in same building, that was also very nice and cosy. the neighbourhood is very quiet, pets are allowed and you will get free parking space in a garage just outside the appartment. 10/10 would reccomend
Disliked: bed was a bit uncomfortable, but i had way worse also. so its not so bad
Nice but expensive for Graz
Liked: The apartment was tidy and organized, there was an equipped kitchen so we were able to cook. The check-in was automatic, which was very convenient.
Disliked: We browsed other accommodations in Graz, but we chose this apartment because of the sauna and jacuzzi – both were featured in the first photo on Booking.com and listed among the property's amenities. When we arrived, we were greeted by a tidy apartment, but there was nothing special about it—no jacuzzi or sauna—and we felt a bit deceived, as we found many much cheaper places. For example, there was no microwave, no shelf in the shower, and not enough shelves for clothes. Additionally, we had informed them that we would be arriving by car, but we didn’t receive valid information about where we could park for free overnight until we specifically asked upon arrival. It would be helpful to include parking information in the documents you send out.
Exceptional
Liked: Spacious, clean and quiet appartment on second floor equipped with everything necessary for short or long stay and with nice terrace. Easy and professional communication with the host. Underground easy parking is available. Nice cafe and supermarket in the neighborhood. Bus stop in 100 m and 15 min bus ride to the center.
