Exceptional
Liked: The cost of the stay is absolutely reasonable and affordable considering the location of the apartment. It is about a 15-20-minute walk from the historical city center and really close to stores (Billa Plus, Spar). There are several cafes, bars and restaurants in the neighborhood - Reselstube is an excellent choice if you are looking for Styrian cuisine.
Disliked: The knives would need a serious amount of sharpening. They are nearly useless in their current state. | The parking at the period of our stay was not available as the "parking lot was already full" so do not take for granted - like we did - that you will have a parking place if you request it from the owner. Luckily, there are several good options in the neighborhood but given this aspect was one of the main one in our choice where to stay, it meant an unforeseen headache.
An extremelu enjoyable experience!
Liked: The apartment is a very short walk to both the train station (one way), and the centre of the action the other way. Supermarkets are a few short steps. The apartment was clean and comfortable, and check in/check out was seamless. All in all, a great stay!
Disliked: There's no negatives. If I was being really picky I'd suggest a change of pillows as they were not supportive, but were squishy. Not a deal breaker though, would stay here again.
Nice cozy apartment near centre
Liked: Cleanliness, accessibility, communication with the owner, parking space for our car, location
Disliked: That I had to pay extra for the parking. But as for the apartment- no such thing
Liked: Clean apartment with all needed equipment for a comfortable stay. I chose it over hotel room and this was a really good decision! Very close to the train station, around 15min walk to the beautiful old town. Highly recommend for a comfortable stay in Graz.
Highly recommended
Liked: Easy check-in through a Nuki lock. The host was very friendly, quick to respond, and extremely flexible. I felt welcome the entire time, almost like being at home. There was even the option to leave my luggage a bit longer, which I really appreciated. I truly enjoyed my stay in this apartment. It is well-equipped, cozy and offers everything you need. There is also a proper coffee machine, which is a huge plus for me as a coffee lover.
Disliked: Nothing
Great stay in Graz!
Liked: Spacious apartment with kitchen, bathroom and comfortable lounge. Good location a tram line just a minute down the road that will get you to the city centre. Also only a short walk from the train station.
Disliked: The only thing to note was that there was no freezer.
