Fabulous
Liked: The accommodation has one bedroom, but the apartment is larger than average.
Disliked: The parking garage directly beneath the accommodation is very expensive; overnight parking there cost 23 euros. About 150 meters away, right in front of the accommodation, there was a guarded parking lot where overnight parking cost 10 euros.
Minimalist and affordable
Liked: The lockbox is very easy to use, the instructions are clear. The rooms were all spacious.
Disliked: You get exactly what the price says. A bed, and for each amenity that is listed you get the bare minimum. There is no real furniture, nor care taken to have this place look nice. Then again, it is cheap, the beds are fine, so it might just be what you are looking for if you plan to spend little time in the room.

Worths it for a short stay and available at last minute
Liked: The house is modern with a big balcony which is good to have beautiful nights. The zone is modern and smart; it was interesting. The parking lot in front of the house is not free but we could find free parking lots on the street close to house.
Disliked: The owner sent us the entrance instructions late while we were tired of road trip. The beds in the salon are not comfortable at all. The coffee machine didn’t work at first, then after many trials we could have coffee. There was also no coffee capsules for the machine.
Liked: The apartment was spacious, the host is a lovely, communicative person. The parking price is very good and it's very close to the building. The apartment has everything you need (oven, coffee machine, etc.)
Disliked: The apartment was partially clean - the towels, beds, sheets, kitchen were clean whereas the floors were very dusty
