Fabulous
Excellent hotel
Liked: Excellent hotel, everything was top-notch! The rooms were clean and comfortable, the staff was friendly, and the service was outstanding. We had a great stay and highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Graz. We would definitely come back!

Disliked: - room was not clean with disgusting carpet on the floor -shower was tiny and didn’t have a door so the whole room got wet - parking is 12 euros a day - room architecture makes no sense. No door to the shower, television above a door, power sockets inside the bed, it’s like the budget ran off in the middle of the building. - no tea or coffee as usual, just a pot - room description did not match the actual room. We got a sofa bed instead of a single bed as promised (see attached photo) the sofa bed was horrible. - the staff was horrible. when I talked with the receptionist (9.10 night shift) about our problem above, she gaslighted me, telling me she upgraded us to a superior room, but I told her I want the room I ordered, with the single bed not the sofa bed, then she admitted the hotel was fully booked. So in truth, it was not an upgrade, they didn’t have the room we ordered available so they gave us something that did not match our agreement. - receptionist was an really rude and arrogant, kept giving me weird excuses about the room and never once apologised for the room being not as promised.
Little problem with shower
Liked: It was pretty clear, bed was awesome
Disliked: In our room, there wasn't any glass separating toilet, sink etc. from shower. There was water everywhere.
Liked: Perfect hotel! Very clean and extremely comfortable, very nice modern design across entire hotel. We were fortunate enough to be given room 303 which was directly at the top with big windows so the room was very bright with nice views. Beds were extremely comfortable. Walls are well muted so you dont hear noises. Very friendly and kind staff. Also breakfast was exceptional - never had better - very tasty and in very nice restaurant like environment! Very good value for the money as it was actually cheaper than other less attractive hotels in the area. It exceeded our expectations.
