  Could have been great, but it wasn't. However the owner is very responsive

  Liked: Very close to the old town, centre and the train station.

  Disliked: The fan is too loud, shower curtain is strangely short so the water spilled onto the floor

  Liked: very responsive management, very close to old town & lend area, facing quiet courtyard with balcony. forest room was perfect for 1 person for 3 days! late checkout option of 1pm was very helpful

  Central location, but poor Wi-Fi and unresolved maintenance issues

  Liked: The location is very central to Graz, which was nice.

  Disliked: - Wi-Fi was extremely weak and unreliable in the room. - Unable to reliably use Zoom or work remotely from the apartment. - Owner took about 18 hours to respond and the suggested fix did not help. - Bathroom had a noticeable sewer-like odor. - Bed curtains were damaged and would not fully close.

  Ok if you are a student but otherwise not for you

  Liked: Location was good and apartment was clean.

  Disliked: Firstly nowhere was it mentioned that the apartment is in the 3rd floor of a building without lift. Secondly in the description it is written “…1 living room, 1 separate bedroom …”, but the “bedroom” is a bed with ceiling height of less then one meter! and in order to get up to this bed one has to climb up makeshift narrow but high stairs without safety handrails - see photos. This is surely a fun apartment for students but definitely not for older people! I am sure that these stairs without safety handrails do not comply with Austrian regulations.
