  Perfect but street noise

  Liked: The apartment was very spacious, clean, and well-equipped. It’s also in a great location close to the city center.

  Disliked: Street noise at night from people exiting a nearby club. (Not the owner's fault, just outdoor noise from the street).

  Spacious apartment near the city center

  Liked: Good location near city center. Attentive and communicative host. Spacious and clean apartment. Clear check-in and check-out instructions. Free private parking available.

  Disliked: There was a little noise from the street at night, but it was possible to sleep. The car entrance is very narrow.

  I wouldn’t book it again

  Liked: Good location near the city centre, free parking.

  Disliked: Very noisy, we couldn’t sleep until the early morning because of the noise coming from the outside. Very bad smell in the appartment, regardless everyday ventilation.

  Liked: Great location and having parking in the city center is a perk. Everything is within walking distance. Parking is extremely narrow but it's manageable, and it's easier to park if you enter while driving in the opposite direction.

  Disliked: Kitchen plates and pots are dusty, there were no extra trash bags. It's very cold, even though we turned on the heating to the maximum. If you have babies it can be especially inconvenient as the floor is noisy - it's old and every time you walk it makes a noise - we had a joke that it's a trap for us after we put babies to sleep. And there are some lights with a sensor - just imagine you're sleeping and another person walks and turns lights on...

  Liked: Wonderful apartments with an excellent location — very close to the city center, yet quiet and comfortable. The apartment is spacious, warm, and very comfortable to stay in; you can really feel that everything is well thought out for guests. A major advantage is the private parking, which is a huge plus in Graz. We truly enjoyed our stay — the comfort, the location, and the overall experience were all excellent. Highly recommended, and we would be happy to stay here again.
