Liked: Beds are super comfortable. Everything was clean and tidy. Kitchen well equipped and wash machine with dryer function. Communication with the staff was instant and always awailable. We didnt face any issues but I am pretty sure, they would handle anything very quickly. Location is perfect, all public transportations right in front of you. I was not affected by any noise coming from Jakominiplatz. The host provided a parking slot in a nearby parking house (walkable). This is incredible valueable in Graz Center Area. Two things can be a disappointment if you are not aware, and only be confronted with it after booking: No evalator, and you cant park in front of the apartment directly to unload your stuff. We were informed so no minus point from us
