Fabulous
Liked: + Cozy, clean and well equipped appartment + Parking included + Ease of access + Excellent value for money + Definitely would return
Liked: Good location for a one-night stopover on a road trip.
Disliked: Needs curtains and a new mattress.
Liked: Simple,functional
Disliked: Wifi was not working..
Liked: Easy check-in, free parking. Nice apartment overall, good location for exploring Graz and the surrounding area.
Disliked: A nightmare experience! I had a reservation for an apartment. We needed a place to sleep for the night during a 1,700 km journey. When we entered the code and opened the door, there were people sleeping inside the room. It was a nightmare scenario—we had nowhere to stay and were left out on the street with a 10-year-old child! When I contacted the host the next day, they couldn't explain why this had happened. Communication is terrible! It takes days to get a reply. I am still waiting for a refund! I would never even consider staying there again!
Liked: The room itself was fine. It was clean and well equipped, with everything needed for a comfortable stay. Overall, I had no complaints about the room itself. Easy to find the place and open the door.
Disliked: - Sending spam messages almost every day in the days leading up to the stay. - IMPORTANT INFORMATION FOR FUTURE GUESTS: If you arrive in the evening, please remember that the phone number provided does not work in the evening or at night—no one answers. No one responds to text messages or messages on Booking.com either. The advertised 24-hour availability is just empty words. - Important information regarding parking: There are more than five apartments, but only five parking spaces. This means you may arrive and find that there is no parking space available for you. Since no one can be reached, you won’t know what to do. - Information for the apartment managers: Since you already send so many messages before arrival, you could also include some useful information. For example, if all parking spaces are occupied, guests could pay €25 and park in the underground garage, or park near Shop X or on Street Y.
