Fabulous
Exceptional new hotel with self check-in
Liked: Easy self check-in at any time, parking right by the building, and a beautiful new hotel with clean rooms and comfortable beds. Great bathroom! We are absolutely thrilled and highly recommend it to everyone.
Liked: Great for one night stay
Liked: The pizzeria in the hotel is unexpectedly very very good.
Disliked: 24h self-checkin which didn't work. Arrived at midnight, the system did not find my reservation, after 6 attempts with last name and booking number. Phone number provided was not answering for 10 mins so I purchased a new reservation on spot. The rate was bigger than through booking.com. The manager in the morning said she would refund the difference after my request do so so, but never did.
Not sure
Liked: Nothing
Disliked: Room to small
Noisy, dirty, poorly maintained, and disappointing overall
Liked: Unacceptable cleanliness and poor service We arrived late at night and found that the room had not been properly prepared for our arrival. The bed linen and towels had not been changed, and there was still rubbish left behind by previous guests. This is completely unacceptable for a hotel, especially when it comes to basic hygiene standards. The room was also extremely noisy, making it impossible to get a proper night’s sleep. After a long journey, we couldn’t even get the rest we needed. We also tried calling the phone number provided on Booking.com, but no one answered. On top of that, the entrance to the underground parking garage is extremely narrow, making it difficult for larger vehicles. The outdoor EV charging station was also not working. Overall, a very disappointing experience. The hotel failed to provide even the most basic standards of cleanliness, comfort, and customer service.
Disliked: The breakfast was good, with a nice selection of food. It was one of the few positive aspects of our stay.
