Guest reviews
Fabulous
Liked: The on-site manager was quite kind and helpful.
Disliked: The apartment’s website states that air‑conditioning is provided, and I have no reason to doubt that. However, to cut costs, the property chooses not to turn it on. As a result, the room becomes unbearably hot, almost like an oven.
coordinate properly with the caretaker, but overall still a good and comfortable place
Liked: good location, near the main train station. it's also a station for bus and tram, so it's easy to go anywhere. there's also a laundry area. quite and comfortable
Disliked: there are no double lock on the room door so please coordinate properly with the caretaker (maintenance guy). he accidentally opened the door twice on me as he thought the room has no occupant. first was i was only in my underwear and the second time i was in a meeting. and when i first arrived, the toilet still has 'poop' stains on it.
Liked: Easy to Check-in and plenty of space in the apartment with a laundry down stairs.
Disliked: The apartment was advertised that it had air conditioning and it didn't. It had a ventilation system which doesn't actually cool the room down.
