Good
Disliked: I was assuming that I need only one night in transit at low price but I will not do this again! All very dirty.Room smelly, bathroom with mold, bed sheets dirty.... disgusting!!!
Liked: When I left the place.
Disliked: Low quality appartment. Aggressive, unaccaptable owner behavior. Payment via external link, communication on Whatsapp. We agreed to cancel the second day. Despite my repeated requests, they were unwilling to confirm this via the Booking chat.
Cost effective and secure bolt hole to explore Graz
Liked: Spacious with more or less everything you need. Good value for the location. Off street parking and good security overall. Supermarkets and restaurants nearby.
Disliked: There is a lot of traffic noise which doesn't die down until quite late (it's facing a main road). Attention to detail could be better, e.g no mount for shower head, missing kitchen utensils and so forth. A small effort there could.make a better impression. It is quite a long walk to the centre, but price reflects this. There is a bus stop nearby if you take the time to work out the routes and schedules.

Discrete and affordable stay in Graz
Liked: I liked the back door entrance from the parking lot and self-check in, it's very practical.
Disliked: Not the easiest to find at first.
Disliked: The accommodation was poorly maintained. There was peeling and cracked paint around the window, loose trim hanging from the wall, and the toilet cistern was damaged and badly fitted. The internet did not work during our stay. On the second day, we also had no hot water. We contacted the staff about the problem, but it was not resolved. We were repeatedly reminded that this was a “budget hotel,” as if that meant we had no right to complain. Being a budget hotel is not an excuse for broken facilities, a lack of maintenance, or basic amenities not working properly. Guests should still be able to expect a clean, functional room, working internet, and hot water. Considering the condition of the accommodation and the way our complaints were handled, the stay was not worth the price.
