Fabulous
Once a great offer, needs repair, a thorough clean and much better service line
Liked: Location, size and a reasonable price for what once was a great, basic apartment
Disliked: Extremely, disgustingly dirty. A broken sofa. And the worst service in WhatsApp
Exceeded my expectation 😊
Liked: It was a great apartment in a great location, with all the amenities we needed as a couple
Liked: The apartment was in a very convenient location, close to the train station. There was plenty of space, and the rooms were comfortable. The hosts were very responsive and manage the property very well through WhatsApp. They are very thorough with their directions, and include a lot of information on the apartment and the electronics, etc.
Disliked: The shower was good, but the shower curtain was pretty useless and irritating. We ended up needing to mop up the floor after showers. The AC did not work great, but I think that's pretty common in Europe in general.
It was once an excellent apartment to stay, but now the equipa de limpeza está deixando tudo a desejar
Liked: Excellent location.
Disliked: Cleaning, utensils 🍴 everything to be desired
Liked: It was really convenient to have a washing machine, refrigerator, a kitchen with oven and other usual amenities. I also liked the living room with the kitchen.
Disliked: Shower curtains were too small, so water would spill over in the bathroom.
A nightmare, do not stay here
Liked: Nothing good to say, there were bed bugs and it was filthy.
Disliked: WARNING BED BUGS I arrived to a dirty apartment, dust that must have been gathering for weeks, greasy kitchen hob and dirty cabinets. The shower curtain is too short for the shower so it floods the bathroom. There is just no care or respect gone into the place and all the pictures in the booking page are fake. After I slept for two nights there I saw a bed bug. I freaked out and started to pack up my stuff. I messaged them to say I needed to move and to refund at least half my booking. What was so worrying is they were so casual about it. They wanted to move me to another of their apartments but I couldn't trust the hygiene so I booked somewhere else and spent what should have been a nice day seeing Graz in the launderette washing and drying my stuff (thankfully it worked).
