Very much enjoyed our stay
Liked: Ideally situated in town and very close to parking restaurants, attractions etc. Atmospheric building.

Liked: Amazing value for money, great location and friendly staff. It’s basic but it does the job very well. Would stay again.
Disliked: The mattress was hard and something I would have struggled with if I stayed for more than one night.
A nice medieval styled hotel in the old town
Liked: The room was big and comfortable. The breakfast was OK. Since the hotel is in the oldtown, the sites are very close to the hotel.
Disliked: The safe didn't work. It was hard to enjoy the view from the window because you could only stand there. It is a little bit overpriced, but that's a general problem in Avignon (When we visit it wasn't very crowded.).
It's a remarkable place and you would expect to pay much more for a smart hotel in the perfect place
Liked: The hotel does what it says because you can see the Palace of the Popes from the room window, a remarkable site. And it's only 20 metres from the other main square which has plenty of bars and brasseries. And the food and the service in the restaurant were both excellent, too.
Disliked: Nothing
The position of the hotel is excellent & I enjoyed Avignon
Liked: The position was excellent & one staff in particular, Fiona was so helpful.
Disliked: The room was not well equiped. Cupboard space for cloths was will below par.
