Liked: The location is great, just 2 minutes walk from the Central train station. The view was amazing-the room was just opposite St. Andreas church. Online check-in is also convenient and the stuff is friendly and helpful.

Good hotel and location, flawed digital system

Liked: It was clean and location was amazing.

Disliked: Hotel worked with in a self service digital system however the system was not perfect. Our key cards were not activated even though we did the self check in via the kiosk. Our card did not work later that night again. They were very responsive via the phone number and came to help, were very kind. While they had a baggage room you needed to call someone and wait if you left something there. Issue was with the system.

Quick rest before taking the next train

Liked: Close to the train station.

Disliked: Only online check-in when arriving late, so check your messages and be prepared. I didn’t understand how to open the front door when I arrived, but luckily some other guests let me in and helped with where I find the qr code (correct answer: email) for printing a room key.

  We had a great time

Liked: Very clean, close to the central station, dom cathedral and to the shopping centers in köln. The room was small but convenient and the toilets were tidy and clean. We had everything we needed. The quick check in and out is great. Amazing value for money.
