  AMAZING!

Liked: We had a wonderful stay at this hotel❤️ The room was modern, stylish and beautiful, and we really loved it. A special thank you to Falis and Emanuel for their excellent service. They helped us arrange a late check-out and gave us great recommendations on places to visit in Cologne, including how to get there. The only downside is that the hotel is a little far from the city centre, but everything else was great. We really enjoyed our stay and would happily come back! ❤️ Hotel is 10 from 10, I give 5 stars ⭐️ AMAZING!!🤩

  Disliked: Everything was super nice!

  An excellent hotel

Liked: Overall an excellent hotel. Rooms were really great, staff were excellent, facilities were very good. Location was next to a tram stop and 10 mins walk from Koln Messe/Deutz station, which gave easy access to the airport and Koln city centre. Would definitely return

Disliked: The breakfast was overpriced and meant that we went elsewhere for breakfast. The menu in general was pricey. I also ordered a decaf coffee from the bar and the coffee was instant Nescafé from a packet which was disgusting. Expected more from a Radisson than instant Nescafé coffee! 😊

Below expectations and will not be returning

Liked: Nothing special… below standard in facilities and services for this hotel chain.

Disliked: The rooms were smaller than expected and the bathrooms have a small tub instead of a walk in shower, which is a genuine safety hazard especially for older or less mobile guests. Check in receptionists were not friendly.
