  Perfect location and comfortable room

Liked: The location was convenient, close to train station and city centre. Reception staff Veronica always had a smile and was always friendly and helpful. Made up for the unfriendly manager.

Disliked: The Manager when I first arrived to check in was not welcoming. It was 11am and before check in time and he told me I have to come back at 3pm. He stored my bag but when I returned an hour later, I saw people who arrived and was able to check in. He saw me but did not tell me I could already check in. I had to take the initiative to approach the lady who had taken over the reception and she promptly check me in. First impressions matter and after a long flight, a friendly staff goes a long way.
