Liked: Location is great Customer Service level was excellent Very clean Rooms are comfortable Parking is comfortable though not the cheapest

Disliked: Very basic breakfast. Americano is served but no cappuccino etc. Nowadays it is standard.in the eggs area - just boiled eggs, no more than that.

  Good

Liked: Property very clean. It’s nice and convenient. You can catch 2 free water taxis. Amazing

Disliked: If you get a double room. The showers have no privacy the way it’s designed.

Liked: Reception staff were friendly and helpful with all our enquiries. The hotel is close to a Cafe & restaurant hub as well as several supermarkets nearby. Also only a 10 minute walk from the train station.

Disliked: There were noisy guests who woke us at 2am. Can't blame the hotel for that.

Liked: Stayed with a group recently and the hotel met our expectations perfectly. Good location, some great restaurants local. A quick walk to the old town area and train station. Breakfast was perfectly adequate. Room comfortable, bright and quiet. Staff very efficient and friendly on check in. Would recommend.

Disliked: A little cramped at breakfast but it was peak time.
