  Liked: The room was nice and rather comfy. Quite good location the city centre is very easily accessible by walking and it has a few tram stops nearby.

  Disliked: Not enough amenities. Such as only having one day worth of coffee for a 3 night trip etc. no sugar. could use some more kitchen items like salt/ oil etc When we first arrived to check in there were some dodgy people hanging around reporting.

  An exceptional stay that exceeded expectations, thanks to the wonderful staff and welcoming atmosphe

  Liked: For the first time, a hotel has truly exceeded my expectations! The staff was exceptionally polite, welcoming, and professional. The lounge area with complimentary drinks was a fantastic touch and made the stay even more enjoyable. I can honestly say this is one of my top three hotel experiences in any city I have visited. Highly recommended!

  Disliked: One thing I didn’t like was the notice stating that activating the alarm would result in a €500 fine. Although we weren’t cooking much, this kind of warning creates an unnecessary sense of anxiety, making guests worry that something might accidentally happen.

  Safe, spacious rooms

  Liked: The apartments were so good, everything we needed to cook. Much better than a hotel room. Lots of families here as well as people for work and pleasure. Hotel felt very safe and welcoming. Great lobby with free coffee and a piano and toys. Space for working. Apartments very spacious given same price as a hotel room..

  Disliked: Bus stop right outside and S Bahn only 8 minutes walk. Location could be a bit closer to town, but equally this was quiet and super market just behind the hotel.
