  For one night is ok

Liked: Friendly staff. Very close to the airport.

Disliked: My room was not properly cleaned - prepared for me, as there were dirt on the carpet. The pillows both of them had a strange smell.

  just ok

  Liked: location

Disliked: The room was not ready on arrival, yet I was charged €15 for checking in just 18 minutes early. On top of that, the first room key did not work, and I had to be moved to another room, which resulted in an additional 20-minute delay. Despite the inconvenience, there was no apology from the receptionist, nor was there any consideration given to waiving the early check-in fee.

Great location for attending events in Lanxess Arena

Liked: Great location for attending events in Lanxess Arena - only 8 minutes walk. Facilities are contemporary.

Disliked: Be aware that the hotel has limited capacity of parking spaces and you might need to park in the parking garage of the Arcaden shopping mall. Breakfast was very simple - no warm dishes.
