  Great location for visiting Cologne

Liked: Great location of the hotel. Just a few minutes of walking distance from the centre. It is very peaceful and quiet neighbourhood. The room was spacious and comfortable. Finding your way around the hotel is a bit tricky since there are 2 buildings connected through the basement corridor. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

Disliked: The wifi in my room almost did not work at all. Only at certain spots in the room.

Nice budget variant in the city center

Liked: Location is good. breakfast basic and good, but not with generous selection. the rooms are small and the facilities are more 3 than 4 stars.

Disliked: no water boiler, few space (says 21 sqm, but includes obvious the bathroom). no spoon for shoes etc, central heating without possibility to adjust (was cold at our arrival - all windows were opened and it was 10 degrees outside and heating did not work)

  Wonderful stay

Liked: We loved everything! The staff were wonderful, the room was fit for royalty, and the breakfast was excellent. The location was very convenient, just a 9-minute walk from the Cathedral.

Disliked: The only downside was that our room was next to the kitchen, so we could hear the breakfast preparations starting as early as 6:30 a.m.

Liked: What I most liked about this hotel was the location. Easy access from the train station.

Disliked: The hotel does not have much security. Everyone can access the elevators, for example.

Disliked: The staff were quite rude and had a lot of attitude when speaking to us. I was interrupted rudely several times by another staff member who kept interrupting my interaction with the receptionist to ask questions of their own. The overall lack of courtesy and professionalism made the entire experience unpleasant, which was a real pity because the hotel room itself was nice. Unfortunately, the way we were treated left a negative impression of our stay.
