Liked: The location and the food are great.

Disliked: The ongoing renovation made the room a bit too noisy and the gym was not available due to the renovation. But the staffs handled things well.

  Comfortable and sweet stay

Liked: Lovely location as very easy to get where we wanted to go i.e shopping and food. Lovely staff

Disliked: Choice in breakfast was very fixed towards European breakfast and not a lot for Irish/Brit tastes. But considering its a mainland europe country obviously the tastes will be catered towards that demographic

  First time in Koln

Liked: Everything about our stay was exceptional. The hotel's location, amenities, the staff, was all good. When we booked only a single bed was available (King) but at the front desk, upon request, for the same rate we were given a double bed and a single bed.

Disliked: Unfortunately during our stay the gym wasn't available. But the nearby Marriott was accessible (5min walk) for the use of their gym
