Nice stay. Good breakfast. Grumpy desk man when leaving. May be cos lift broke.Otherwise good

Liked: Good range of foods. Catered for gluten free enough not to be hungry. Great coffee. Room and bed were fine. In all, happy enough. People seemed nice enough. Until the lift broke.

Disliked: The eggs weren’t great. But the rest was at least what you’d expect from a 3 star or better. But the lift broke which wasn’t handy when you are on the 3rd floor. I asked for some help with a suitcase for when we were leaving and received a really sarcastic reply today from the guy behind the desk. When it came to leaving, he said did I manage the suitcase to which I replied no. O have brought 3 bags down the 3 flights. Honestly, just left a bit of a bitter taste. If you don’t like foreigners, don’t work in a hotel? Or was it was because I asked to help bringing a suitcase down from a third floor? ONLY because the lift was broken. Otherwise everyone else was very nice.
