Very good
Great gym and breakfast. Tricky parking
Liked: Great breakfast, great gym, friendly English speaking staff
Disliked: The room was too hot and the parking was difficult and expensive
Liked: Lovely hotel. Check in staff nice and helpful. Early check in. Room lovely, clean and lots of space.
Excellent service from staff, superb location and brilliant breakfast!
Liked: The staff went above and beyond for my husband’s birthday. They provided a selection of treats for him and a personalised card. The staff were also very knowledgeable and provided excellent suggestions of where to eat in the area. Breakfast was great, good variety to choose from.
Disliked: The only downside was the mattress which was a bit too firm for us.
Excellent wished we had had longer there
Liked: We were given an upgrade room which was very welcome after along journey. We were late arriving so did not try the restaturantt, breakfast was excelent, wide variety of foods avaiable and although busy the staff were very efficient and everyting flowed smoothly. Location was close to the Cathedral although when we arrived we left the station by another entrance and took a lot longer than was necessary to find the hotel. Iy is literally 3 minutes from the Cathedral, take the station exit for the Cathedral, pass the taxi rank and you are. there. Staff were excellent, especially Vera who showed true customer care.
Disliked: The bar /restaurant set up was a little strange without much direction on how it worked. Copious vending machines for after hours food/drink, rather than a restaurant.
Exceeded my expectations!
Liked: Perfect location, very close to the cathedral, the central station, and city center with most must-see sights. Very helpful personnel both in reception and room service. Amazing room, super comfortable, huge bed and bathroom, could be a proper studio! Spotless clean. Excellent breakfast, spoiled for choice, and vast breakfast area, beautifully decorated. Very good on-site restaurant also.
Disliked: Bed mattress and pillows were too soft. Kitchen smell from the breakfast area could be felt on clothes afterwards.
Bad
Liked: Nothing
Disliked: everything
