Liked: Everything about this hotel was absolutely wonderful and exceeded all our expectations! The hotel itself is beautiful, comfortable, clean, and welcoming, with a lovely atmosphere that makes you feel at home. Every detail is thoughtfully taken care of, and the hospitality is truly exceptional. But what makes this place even more special is its amazing team kind, friendly, attentive, and genuinely caring people who make every guest feel valued. A heartfelt thank you to everyone, including those working behind the scenes. Your hard work and dedication do not go unnoticed! I sincerely wish this hotel continued success, many wonderful guests, and a bright future. And to every member of the team, I wish happiness, good health, and all the kindness you so generously share with others. You made our stay a beautiful memory. Thank you for everything! ❤️

  Overnight in Cologne

Liked: While the hotel is very close to the main station (about 100-200m), the rooms are rather quiet during the night (with closed windows). The only thing you might hear are neighbors. While toilets and showers are located outside of the room, at least my room had wash basin which allowed to wash hands or brush your teeth in you own room. The hotel does not offer breakfast, but they provide complimentary tea and coffee in the morning. Check-in and check-out were very quick and uncomplicated.

Disliked: For me it has been no problem, but I agree with the other commenters that the stairs are rather narrow and considering that the hotel has four floors (including the ground floor) that can be quite tedious for guests with a lot of luggage.

Liked: Great location, big terrace since we were in a loft. Beds were fine. Staff allowed us to leave luggage while we were waiting for the train.

Disliked: Only one shared bathroom on a floor, had to wait multiple times. Too hot, no AC Staff don't know English well enough or trying not to speak it at all.

Liked: Nice staff and great location. The shared bathrooms are clean. The bedroom was clean as well. The location was reasonably quiet especially for a Friday night.
