Liked: Location is very good. Staff is friendly. We can arrange their parking area with fair price. Furniture is a little bit old style but room was clean and there was no noise You can walk to Dom in 10 mins. There are a lot of good restaurants near the hotel Family can select this hotel. A bit expensive but ok!

Liked: Hotel location was great waking distance to train stop. Room was very clean in general, I can't comment on breakfast as I didn't take it. Overall, hotel met my needs for my short stay.

Disliked: The staff could be a little more friendly; they didn't even ask how my stay went when I checked out. As someone who has traveled to many countries and cities, I would have expected a little more attention and care. Because my stay coincided with the Cologne Carnival, there was a lot of noise coming from the neighboring rooms; I think groups were partying in general.

Liked: good service. the best hotel we've stayed at during our time in Germany.

Disliked: so many mosquitoes in the bathroom. At least 50 or more fly in through the window!!!!! If you could find the way to solve this problem, that will be super awesome.
