I do not recommend this hotel

Liked: do not recommend this hotel. I booked it based on its good reviews, but my experience was very disappointing. I reserved a room with a large double bed but was given a very small room with a single bed that felt more like a dormitory than a proper hotel room. At almost €200 per night, the room was certainly not worth the price. I tried to contact the hotel to resolve the issue but received no response that day. When they eventually replied to my email, their tone was rude, and they did not even offer an apology. I have attached photos showing the difference between the room I booked and the one I actually received. Overall, the experience was unacceptable, particularly given the price and the lack of professional customer service. The restaurant staff were friendly, and I appreciated their kindness, but the staff responsible for handling my booking were uncooperative and unprofessional. I would not stay here again.

One of Cologne's best kept secrets

Liked: Very helpful staff who went above and beyond,, stored our luggage until check in without cost, upgraded our room to floor with lift access when they saw we had large suitcases, absolutely fantastic breakfast and very close to train station.

  Disliked: Not applicable
